I had an initial consult with Sarah after learning about her services from a friend at work.  On that day, I weighed in at 169.3. 


I continued to get leaner & lose fat over the course of 3 months by tracking my macros and changing my workout to incorporate some strength training with my cardio each morning.  I’m now at 154! I’ve maintained for a year and a half.


I want others to realize that it isn’t that difficult to focus on eating right when you have the right tools, foundation, and encouragement.  What’s difficult is changing your mindset & relationship with food & exercise, but that, too, can be overcome!
