Learning how to be healthy going into my 70’s was a priority. Sarah’s plan was excellent. I learned to be intentional about food choices. This was the best program I’ve ever done. No package restricted foods. I was able to eat food I liked without feeling deprived.
I recommend this program to anyone wanting to be and stay healthy. One of my goals was to continue running into my 70’s. Running is a major part of my life, allowing me to complete and win. I’m currently training for a full marathon. Sarah and her staff have encouraged me throughout the process.
